Ginger Tea with Lemon. I used the Twinings Lemon & Ginger tea brand. Proven facts! Because Ginger helps with inflammation. It's an anti-inflammatory. Not only does Ginger help with inflammation it helps with people who suffer with Rheumatoid Arthritis. How I know this? Because I have RA and I wanted to test this theory out for myself to see if it actually works. My joints were not hurting me after drinking this ginger tea and it stopped my cramps. I was popping pain pills like candy trying to relieve my cramps and I said to myself there has got to be a better way than destroying my kidneys. Drink your hot Ginger Tea with Lemon and Sprinkle some ground ginger in the tea cup as extra added ginger. Drink it as hot as you can stand it without burning the roof of your mouth of course.
