Vitamin C Is Not Just for a Cold!

Vitamin C helps fight gout and flare-ups. Vitamin C is good for your immune. It is also good for your skin, high blood pressure and heart health. As well as cataracts, glaucoma, and it fights respiratory tract infections, (Link, 2019). It is high in antioxidants. Antioxidants fight off diseases. Vitamin C is good for your cholesterol and triglycerides levels. Some research has shown that vitamin C also helps with brain support. When combined with vitamin E, it helps lower the risk of Alzheimer’s disease, (Link, 2019).
