How to keep your skin clear?

Tips for keeping your skin clear:

1. Drink plenty of water.

2. Wash your face when you wake up in the morning and before you go to bed at night. Use a gentle face wash for your face. I use Neutrogena face wash on my face. However, you can use whichever face wash that works well with your skin. You should always test out the face wash before using it. Some face washes cause breakouts instead of clearing your skin. Use a skin moisturizer for your daily use.

3. Keep your pillowcase clean. Change your pillowcase regularly. Do not go an entire week without changing your pillowcase. Be mindful of the laundry detergent that you use to wash your clothes with. Too much perfume can cause a skin outbreak.

4. If you wear makeup, change your makeup brushes regularly. An oil remover makeup cleaner can be used on your makeup brushes. Use an anti-bacterial cleaner. Clean your makeup brushes out every 2 weeks.

5. If you're going to be in the sun all day, please wear sunscreen lotion. The sun is harmful to your skin. You can get blemishes, acne, Melanoma, sun damage and the like.

9. Read the labels on your skincare products. Look for paraben free products. Why should I use paraben-free products? It has been linked to cancer and certain forms of breast cancer. Paraben is allegedly linked to your hormone functions. Nothing tested on animals. Remember, you pay for what you get. Meaning, cheap products are not always good for your skin. Beauty is not cheap.
