Tips for relieving menstrual cramps?

1. Drink raspberry or green tea herbal teas.

2. Drink hot water with cinnamon sticks in the water.

3. Take Aleve and avoid salty foods.

4. A heating pad will work wonders for your cramps.

5. Herbal medicines can help with your discomfort. Evening primrose will lighten your flow as well as Vitamin K1 if you suffer from heavy periods.

6. Shepherd's Purse is known to help with menstrual flow and it relieves menstrual cramps. 

7. Chaste Tree Berry and Vitex. These are taken to balance your hormones. As well as Estrogen and progesterone that reduces PMS symptoms. Some women said that it also helped them with fertility. A study showed that after taking Vitex for 3 months, women were able to conceive. 
Note: I have tried them all and I found that the Vitamin K1 works best for slowing your flow for heavy bleeders. The Vitex worked well with reducing my PMS symptoms. However, if you have fibroid tumors these pills will not get rid of your fibroid tumors and you may still experience a heavy flow when you take the Vitex. So, I highly recommend that you buy the Vitamin K1 and take it separately even if the Vitex has the vitamin K1 in it.
