Foods That are Bad for Your Health



These foods are unhealthy for you to eat.

1. Soda. 
Soda is loaded with sugar, and high-fructose corn syrup. The fructose in soda affects your liver. The fructose turns into sugar and it makes it harder for your liver to process sugar. The outcome is weight gain and high blood sugar.

2. Fried Chicken. 
It contains hormones and antibiotics. The fat from the grease that it was fried in is no better. The flour that you fry it in is also bad for your health. Flour contains starch which turns into sugar. Fried chicken contains 320 calories per piece of chicken. 113 mg of cholesterol, 100 mg of sodium, 4.3 grams of saturated fat, 3.5 grams of polyunsaturated fat, 6 grams of monounsaturated fats. 

3. Bacon Cheeseburger.
High cholesterol 106 grams, 595 calories, sodium 1,442 mg, 13 grams of saturated fat, 1.4 of polyunsaturated fat, 44 grams of monounsaturated fat, trans fat 1.6 grams. Eat turkey burgers instead without the mayonnaise, bacon and cheese. 

4. French Fries. OMG! My weakness!!!
Calories 365, polyunsaturated fat 6 grams, monounsaturated fat 7 grams, trans fat 0.1 grams, sodium 246 mg, carbs 48 grams, and sugar 0.4 grams. Eat red roasted potatoes instead or baked potatoes. Be mindful of the toppings though because this is where the calories and fat adds up. For example, sour cream, cheese, bacon, and butter.

5. Milkshake.
The famous milkshake. When you pull up to the drive thru and you request a milkshake? Not very heart healthy but it's sweet and it quenches your thirst because it is cold. Milkshakes leave your body feeling sluggish and gives you the runs. Why? It contains monounsaturated fat 2 grams, Cholesterol 3 mg, saturated fat 0.5 grams. Ice Cream contains milk, eggs, sugar, gelatin and fat. All of this is before you add the toppings to it. For example, whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and nuts. 

6. Cheese Sticks.
A whopping 682 calories, 15 grams of saturated fat, polyunsaturated fat 11 grams, monounsaturated fat 10 grams, sodium 1,325 mg, 3.4 grams of sugar, 50 grams of carbs, and 79 mg of cholesterol.

7. Pepperoni Pizza
One slice of pepperoni pizza contains 549 calories. 21 grams of fat, 8 grams of saturated fat, 3.7 grams of polyunsaturated fat, 6 grams of monounsaturated fat, 37 mg of cholesterol, sodium 1,538, and 0.3 of trans fat. 

8. Hot Dogs!
Hot dogs are made from trimmings. The left overs! Stay far away from hot dogs! Hot dogs are mechanically separated and blended with chemicals that are harmful to your bodies organs. 1 hot dog contains 151 grams of fat, 151 calories, saturated fat 4 grams, polyunsaturated fat 2.3 grams, monounsaturated fat 6 grams, cholesterol 40 mg, and 567 mg of sodium. This does not include the toppings. For example, chili, onions, relish, cheese, jalapenos and BREAD.
