What
are the best weight loss apps? I have gathered the best apps in my
opinion. I have tested these apps and I am currently using them today.

Buttocks Workout App. Download on Google Play Store. This app allows
you to build and tone your buttocks. It is a step-by-step application
and it works.
2. Lose It App.
This is a calorie counter app. I used it every day. You simply put in
your weight loss goal and it will calculate how many calories you can
eat per day to achieve this goal. Download on Google Play Store.

Fit Notes. This app is used for you to document the days that you
workout. It has a calendar and a list of workouts or you can create your
own workout name. You can also set it to remind you of when to workout

Walk Logger. This is my favorite app. This app tracks every step that
you take. I like to use this app when I go for a walk. It counts your
calories and it keeps the time that you walked for, plus the miles.

Weight Fit. This app will calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI) for you.
It will also tell you how much of weight you should be weighing for

Weigh Diary. This app is used for tracking how much of weight you
currently weigh and how much of weight you have lost. Lets say that you
want to keep track of your weight loss progress on a weekly basis. This
is the app for that. This app also calculates your Body Mass Index
