Apple Cider Vinegar Benefits



Yes. It does work! I say this from experience. I have used the apple cider vinegar and it really works. You get the best results when you use "the mother" the organic Bragg brand, just like the photo depicted here. 

I was diagnosed with diabetes years ago. And I noticed that whenever I went to visit my primary care doctor; my sugar was reading as normal whenever he checked my blood sugar. I said to myself hmm. So, it was time to get weighed and I noticed that I had lost 5 lbs. I said to myself I wonder if it's the apple cider vinegar that's doing this to me. So, I did some research and I discovered that it does not just help you lose weight, but it also helps with your blood sugar. Now I did all of this without taking the cayenne pepper, lemon juice, etc. I was simply just taking about 3 tablespoons of the organic apple cider vinegar each day. I was taking it before every meal. I lost 20 pounds within one month.

2 teaspoons of Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 cup of water
1 - 2 pinches of Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon of Raw Honey 100% Pure (Walmart) sells this as well.
1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder (this will help with your bowels and make you go).
